hmmmm.... first impression when we hear or read the word "SPIRITUAL" kinds like to deal with thinks/things smell like soul/solely-spirit, mistyc, hocus-pocus/spooky. on the other perspective come to live with religiousity, enlightment and any guessed thought you may have :)

SPIRIT is thinks/things that can build/construct your consciousness, which are effect your body as physically, your mind as psychally and your concsience/subtle-consciousness as the spirit-being.
the word spirit can be means an intention to intended-matter
any thinks or things that build/construct your spirit/intention could be spiritual thinks/things.
mention one/ones; any words of wisdom, yoga/yuj the contemplation and servicing
any relaated to GHOST things?? .... mmmm.... before that we should discover what does this GHOST mean
