hmmmm.... first impression when we hear or read the word "SPIRITUAL" kinds like to deal with thinks/things smell like soul/solely-spirit, mistyc, hocus-pocus/spooky. on the other perspective come to live with religiousity, enlightment and any guessed thought you may have :)

mmmm.... that is not wrong but neither too right. but you got the picture so far :)

SPIRIT is thinks/things that can build/construct your consciousness, which are effect your body as physically, your mind as psychally and your concsience/subtle-consciousness as the spirit-being.

the word spirit can be means an intention to intended-matter

any thinks or things that build/construct your spirit/intention could be spiritual thinks/things.
mention one/ones; any words of wisdom, yoga/yuj the contemplation and servicing

any relaated to GHOST things?? .... mmmm.... before that we should discover what does this GHOST mean

for a short while, this word come to a think/things that obviously rough, rocky, out-of manner :|

hmmm...that's not to right and neither wrong.

what've been known, METAL is identically with all those word mentioned above.

METAL physically means thing/material containing mineral in fixed form

METAL as emotionally could be means mean-total 3:DDD

or it could be spelled psychally as meaningfull-total

what have been known to be bad impression or perspective, what we called it as just false-addiction :D

rocky version of METAL could bring higher spirit in whatever condition, even the worst impression

what we need to gain for these impression is a HIGHER-SPIRIT to KEEP us on MOVE ON

BE METAL should be to show that you are FULL OF SPIRIT n KEEP MOVING ON
